1). 68 Caliber Paintball maintains the right to refuse participation to any persons considered a possible safety risk to themselves or others, or for any other reason deemed applicable.
2). FIELD PAINT ONLY! Paintballs must be purchased at the play field.
3). Barrel Plugs required in all paint guns in parking area, even guns with no CO2 and no paintballs.
4). Absolutely no gun firing, even "just air", in staging area.
5). No alcoholic beverages on premises.
6). All personal paint guns must be chronographed.
7). Goggles must be worn OVER EYES at all times on playing fields, in neutral zones, and at target range. Goggles with face shields required by all participants during a game. 
8). Each player renting or borrowing 68 Caliber Paintball equipment assumes financial responsibility for its loss, theft, or damage.
9). Valid driver's license required for each player borrowing 68 Caliber Paintball equipment.
10). Raise your arm when eliminated. This is the only officially recognized way to signal your elimination. Failure to signal your elimination may expose you to continued paintball hits. A player without his arm up is a fair target.
11). Only referees can officially call paint checks.
12). When eliminated go silently and quickly to a neutral zone with your arm raised.

Acknowledgment & Release: I the undersigned want to play paintball and sign this document in consideration of being given the opportunity to engage in this activity. I understand that I am permitted to use 68 Caliber Paintball facilities and equipment only under the proper execution of this document and that this document is a material part of the consideration and agreement between myself and 68 Caliber Paintball. I fully acknowledge that the property owners, owners, operators, trustees and staff of 68 Caliber Paintball (hereafter referred to as the Club & property owners) have employed diligent efforts and care in making the facilities, premises, and equipment as safe as possible, and in formulating, explaining and enforcing adequate safety regulations. I have read or have had Club safety regulations explained to me and I fully understand these regulations and agree to abide by them, including the full and complete use of all paintball and safety equipment so as not to injure myself or other participants. I further understand that despite all the foregoing efforts there are never-the-less certain risks inherent in participating in paintball activities, and that among these risks are possible trips, falls, collisions with other people or objects, bruises, cuts, scrapes, failure of equipment, and contact with animals, insects, or plants that I may have an allergic or adverse reaction to, etc. I fully understand that playing paintball can be mentally and physically challenging and that the possibility exists of injury to myself and others and confirm that I am fully aware of these risks and agree to participate in Club activities with full understanding of these risks. I further confirm that I am physically and mentally able to participate in Club activities and that I am in good health and do not suffer from a heart condition or other ailment that could be exacerbated by the exertion involved in Club activities. I confirm that I have specific insurance to cover any injuries I might sustain. I hereby agree that if I or my property are injured or damaged while on Club premises or while using Club facilities or equipment I remit, release, and forever discharge, without limitations, 68 Caliber Paintball, its related activities, staff, trustees, operators, personnel, property owners, etc. indemnifying them against any and all claims, actions, suits, complaints, procedures, costs, expenses (including attorney's fees and expenses), damages and liabilities arising out of, connected with, or resulting from my participation in Club activities, including, without limitation, those resulting from the manufacture, selection, delivery, maintenance, sale, possession or operation of paintball equipment, and specifically Club equipment. I hereby release the Club and the property owners from any claims and liabilities whatsoever, and I understand that this release shall be binding upon my estate, my heirs, my representatives and assigns. I certify to the Club and the property owners that I am at least 18 years of age, or that if I am under 18 years of age I have discussed the terms and conditions of this document with my parents, and that my parents, after reading this document, consent to me signing the same, or that my parents have signed it for me, and further, that I have been authorized by my parents to agree to the specific terms and conditions contained herein. 

I have read and fully understand the terms of this agreement. This is fully intended to be a legally binding contract for one year. If I have any doubts concerning the contents of this document I will consult an attorney before signing it. I state that I am at least 18 years of age and in good health, and intend to be bound by this agreement.
